Quelle che nelle scorse settimane sembravano solo voci ora hanno trovato conferma. Il premier Matteo Renzi sarà a Chiomonte, dove visiterà il cantiere dell’Alta Velocità.

Ad annunciarlo proprio il suo staff rispondendo così all’invito che lo scorso luglio gli era stato fatto dal presidente della Regione Piemonte Sergio Chiamparino che voleva la presenza del primo ministro come segnale forte «dell’impegno dell’esecutivo per la realizzazione dell’opera».
Ancora incerta la data della visita, che sarà comunque la prima di un premier al cantiere della Tav. Le data più probabili sono però il 16 o 17 settembre, quando Renzi sarà già a Milano per un incontro tra i ministri dei trasporti europei, in occasione del quale è già stato fissato il passaggio a Chiomonte dei rappresentati dei Paesi impegnati nella realizzazione della Tav.
Quello che è certo è che si tratterà di sicuro di un appuntamento delicato per l’ordine pubblico. Infatti, il primo ministro era stato costretto a fare retromarcia nelle sue intenzioni di organizzare a Torino il vertice europeo sull’occupazione giovanile lo scorso luglio per motivi di sicurezza in quanto erano state annunciate contestazioni. Lo stesso clima che potrebbe incontrare in Valsusa, dove il popolo No Tav ha già indetto una nuova settimana di mobilitazioni dal 1 al 7 settembre, in occasione della chiusura del tradizionale campeggio estivo.
