Fighting grips Eastern Ukraine, with military operations against anti-government activists underway in two cities and violent unrest shaking two more overnight.
Dozens of anti-government activists are burned alive after extremists set a deadly inferno in the Ukranian city of Odessa, reportedly even beating badly injured survivors.
The number of casualties from the Ukrainian government’s military crackdown in the east grows – fuelling unrest in several more cities in the region.
Meanwhile, Kiev rushes to blame Russia for the tragedy in Odessa – as the southern Ukrainian city mourns dozens of anti-govenrment activists killed in a deadly inferno and in clashes with radical extremists.
