Un’azienda agricola chiusa, due persone denunciate. E’ il risultato di un’indagine dei carabinieri di Sinalunga (Siena) e dei loro colleghi del nucleo carabinieri ispettorato del lavoro che dopo lunghe indagini hanno trovato alcuni lavoratori cinesi che nell’azienda stavano raccogliendo ortaggi. Tre di questi sono risultati essere clandestini per cui per loro e’ scattato il provvedimento di espulsione, mentre per il proprietario dei terreni (un italiano residente in Valdichiana) e’ scattata la sospensione dell’attivita’ imprenditoriale per aver impiegato personale irregolare.
Gli accertamenti successivi hanno chiarito che i cinesi , reclutati a Firenze da alcuni connazionali,, lavoravano 11 ore al giorno pagati meno di 3 euro l’ora. Gli ortaggi e le verdure raccolte venivano poi ritirate e rivendute nei mercati di Firenze e Prato da un’azienda cinese totalmente in nero, e del tutto sconosciuta alla pubblica amministrazione.Due le persone denunciate in stato di liberta’: X. D. cinese residente a Prato ed un imprenditore italiano. Per loro anche, sanzioni amministrative per oltre 15.000 euro. (AGI)
